LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. \u2013<\/strong> Through two rounds of play at the 2014 MAAC Golf Championship at Disney\u2019s Palm Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., the University at Albany women\u2019s golf team is tied for third-place in the standings with a score of 675.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Great Danes are knotted with Quinnipiac and just two strokes behind Fairfield (673). With a 31-stroke advantage, Siena leads the seven-school field with a score of 642.<\/span><\/p>\n

Individually, junior Victoria Choi<\/a> is tied for fourth-place amidst 35 competing athletes.\u00a0 Choi shot a 78 in round two and has a combined score of 164 heading into the final day. She is just one stroke behind third-place, while Siena\u2019s Kylie Strijek controls first with a 153.<\/span><\/p>\n

Freshman Rosalee Hearns<\/a> is tied for 12th with a 168, Sam Schuffenecker<\/a> is tied for 14th with a 169, while Paige Fujihara<\/a> (175) and Lisa Agoglia<\/a> (177) round out UAlbany\u2019s competitors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sunday\u2019s final round will begin at 7:40 a.m. and will be broadcast live on ESPN3<\/a> starting at 10:00 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
