The ATH-ANC25 Noise-Canceling Headphones by Audio Technica have a design
that makes them smaller and more portable than most other noise canceling headphones. The ear pieces are cushioned and sit on top of your ears rather than cupping them. The design is still comfortable and they still can block out sound well. They rotate sideways and fold inward to decrease on size and make them easier to carry. The headphone cord is detachable so you can just use the headphones noise canceling ability, but that feature also makes the cord easier to wrap up and travel with.

The noise canceling feature runs off of 1 AAA battery and it will still play regular audio without the noise canceling if the battery runs out. It uses mini microphones built into the earpieces which will detect outside noise and thereby allow the headphones to produce the corresponding canceling sound. They claim to be able to block out about 80%
of outside noise using this method. The sound and clarity with the noise canceling turned on is surprisingly good especially for its cheap price tag under $100. It blocked out most noise and when it was turned off outside noise got distinctly more noticeable. The headphones were also very comfortable. The headband is also padded to add to the comfort. The
cord as mentioned is detachable in order to have cordless noise canceling headphones and the cord includes a sliding volume control which is very convenient.

It comes with an airline headphone adapter, carrying pouch, and one AAA battery. These headphones are great for anywhere where there’s noise to tune out. Also their price won’t break the bank. Its portability makes them great for airplanes, car rides, and noisy dorm rooms when you’re trying to study.

Specifications:
Type Active noise-cancelling
Driver Diameter 40 mm
Frequency Response 20 – 20,000 Hz
Quietpoint® Active Noise Reduction Up to 15 dB
Maximum Input Power 100 mW
Sensitivity 100 dB
Impedance 20 ohms
Battery AAA (alkaline) Battery Life Up to 40
hours, typical (alkaline)
Weight 104 g (3.7 oz), without cable and battery
Cable Detachable 1.2 m (3.9′) with 3.5 mm
(1/8″) stereo mini-plug and integrated volume control
Connector 3.5 mm (1/8″)
Accessories Included Airline adapter; AAA battery; protective pouch

Grab your own: Amazon.com: $37.68
Audio-Technica.com
To See More Reviews Visit us at: TechiTeens.com

ATH-ANC25 Noise Canceling Headphones By: Audio Technica Ordinarily noise canceling headphones are bulky and not always convenient to bring traveling.
