Another Metro Vac product that blew the competition out with
\nthe garbage is the ED500 electric duster. Don\u2019t let its size fool you, this
\nhandheld duster packs in an impressive 500-Watt motor and uses an alternative
\n\u201cgreen power\u201d as opposed to the typical canned air. This difference saves you a
\nconsiderable amount of money with replacement cans and not to mention, more
\nenvironmentally friendly. However, with this feature you are limited to the 12ft
\nAC cord but shouldn\u2019t pose much of a problem if used as intended.<\/p>\n

There isn\u2019t a comparative product on the market to Metro Vac\u2019s
\nelectric duster. It gets in every crack and crevice imaginable in your
\ncomputer\u2019s keyboard and similar electronic devices. I would suggest taking your
\nkeyboard outside if it is especially dirty unless you want to vacuum the rug
\nwhen you are done. The duster itself is build sturdy and heats up some after
\nextended use but doesn\u2019t overheat nearly enough to be dangerous. The duster is
\nalso relatively louder than most vacuums but on the other hand it takes less
\nthan 5 minutes for the most thorough keyboard clean ever.<\/p>\n

Overall the ED500 Electric Duster is the handiest keyboard
\ncleaner made to date. Although it retails for around $45.00 it is one of the
\nsafest investments you could make. With the purchase of the Electric Duster you
\nreceive a 5 year warranty along with the peace of mind that you won\u2019t have to
\nfuss with replacement filters, bags, air cans, etc.<\/p>\n
