\ndifferent \u201cspins\u201d on the classic dial. The 1500iD Speed Dial uses
\ndirectional
\nmovements in place of the standard number dial allowing you to secure
\nyour
\nvaluables faster and with greater ease. On the other hand, the Precision
\n Dial
\n1590D uses the conventional right-left-right movement with both letters
\nand
\nnumbers to diversify the combination. Similarly, both locks are equipped
\n with
\nMaster Lock\u2019s anti-shim technology. The anti-shim mechanism uses a latch
\nassembly to block and trap the intrusion of a shim tool. Likewise, the
\nlocks
\nare endowed with hardened steel shackles with similar dimensions.

\ncombination. Furthermore, the Precision Dial comes with a key to reset

\nchange the combination unlike the Speed Dial which was a more daunting
\ntask.
\nAfter searching for the combination on the instruction guide and
\nwatching the
\ninstructional video, I thought I knew what I was doing. While holding
\nthe
\nshackle down and putting in the factory combination, I decided to reset
\nit to
\nan easier combination. Unfortunately, I locked it without the
\ncombination, now
\nthe lock deemed \u201cuseless.\u201d As it should be, combination retrieval
\nrequires a
\nlong process of photocopying the lock and serial number to ensure that
\nyou are
\nnot breaking into a safe or locked unit as well as filling out forms.
\nAfter
\neverything is said and done, it takes approximately 4-6 weeks for your
\nrequest
\nto be processed. This being said, make sure the shackle is pressed<\/span>
\n down and move the center piece to the full extent in the
\ndesired direction. <\/font><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\nred, blue, black\/white, and
\nblack\/green while the Precision Dial 1590D comes in light blue,
\nblack\/blue,
\ngreen and red. The Speed Dial can also be customized with included
\nstickers to
\nhelp remember your combination. Overall, I was more fond of the
\nPrecision Dial
\nwith an easy set up and sturdy construction. Both the Speed Dial and
\nPrecision
