{"id":751,"date":"2011-07-31T10:15:01","date_gmt":"2011-07-31T14:15:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/techiteens.wordpress.com\/?p=751"},"modified":"2013-07-23T16:32:39","modified_gmt":"2013-07-23T16:32:39","slug":"talk-safely-jabra-extreme-titanium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.techiteens.com\/review\/talk-safely-jabra-extreme-titanium\/","title":{"rendered":"Talk Safely: Jabra Extreme Titanium"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Jabra Extreme Titanium<\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.techiteens.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/jabra.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1236\" title=\"jabra extreme headset\" src=\"http:\/\/www.techiteens.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/jabra-300x224.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><\/h1>\n<p>With states starting to enact stricter laws regarding cell phone use while driving and news of cell phone radiation possibly causing brain cancer, a hands free headset is becoming an even more important accessory to have.\u00a0 The Jabra Extreme Titanium can help keep you safe and may even prevent some tickets.<\/p>\n<p>The outside of the headset is gray with a screen like casing.\u00a0 Its main button is black and located towards the back of the headset with \u2018Jabra\u2019 printed in white.\u00a0 It acts similarly to the main button on many other headsets and allows you to make and answer phone calls from the headset.\u00a0 The two volume buttons are located to either side of the main button.\u00a0 These were slightly small, but that provided only minor inconvenience because I rarely needed to change the volume on the headset.\u00a0 The headset also has an on\/off switch on the side which did an excellent job at helping to extend battery life.<\/p>\n<p>The headset wasn\u2019t the most comfortable that I\u2019ve used.\u00a0 Although the Jabra came with several different Ultimate Fit Ear Gels, which are supposed to be used without the behind the ear clip, they refused to sit securely my ear and constantly had me worrying that the headset would fall out.\u00a0 Using the ear clip was much better.\u00a0 At first it left my ear feeling sore after long phone calls, but I was able to get used to the headset after a few uses.<\/p>\n<p>The headset sports Jabra\u2019s newest noise canceling technology.\u00a0 Noise Blackout Extreme helped to muffle background noise and keep the majority of it from ever reaching the person on the other line.\u00a0 This is great for when you\u2019re in restaurants, walking, or in a noisy car.\u00a0 Calls also come in relatively clear with the Jabra.\u00a0 There is occasional static, but nothing that ever interfered with the flow of a conversation.<\/p>\n<p>Another great feature is that I loved on the Jabra was that you can pair the headset with up to two devices.\u00a0 This works out perfect if you share the Bluetooth with another person and makes pairing the headset with your two devices much simpler.\u00a0 You can also listen to music using the Bluetooth.\u00a0 The obvious down side to this is that you are only hearing the songs out of one ear.<\/p>\n<p>The headset was great to use.\u00a0 Once I got over my ear fit issues it worked out great.\u00a0 The noise cancellation and minimal drop in sound quality were deal makers for me. \u00a0This is great device for anyone who spends a lot of time on the phone or is in the car for long periods of time and needs a way to talk without risking a ticket.\u00a0 The Jabra comes with an AC, USB, and Car Charger so you can charge up pretty much anywhere.\u00a0 The price is also affordable starting at around 60 dollars.<\/p>\n<h3>Grab yours now:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.buyjabra.com\/US\/bluetooth-headsets\/jabra-extreme-titanium-bluetooth-headset-8940.html?ref=jabrabuynow\">Jabra.com: $59.99<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B001GD87QO\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=9490-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=217145&amp;creative=399373&amp;creativeASIN=B001GD87QO&tag=luupwebsite-20\">Amazon.com: $39.19<\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>This review and many more brought to you by TechiTeens.
