For<br \/>\nthe day it was pretty advanced, it had an address book, a basic calendar, and<br \/>\nsnake! By far the phones best feature was snake. Unfortunately a washing<br \/>\nmachine took the life of the Nokia- which was replaced by a Sony Ericsson only<br \/>\na year later.\u00a0 Today, I am a recovering<br \/>\nwindows mobile addict- with a taste for berries. BlackBerries that is, before I<br \/>\nactually had the chance to own and use a blackberry long-term I was very<br \/>\nopposed to the average Joe having a Blackberry. It\u00a0 is for big business people with a big<br \/>\nbusiness pay role? In the past I have used the HTC Tilt (can you say huge?), Palm Treo<br \/>\n700w, Palm Treo 800w, Ipaq 5530\u00a0 and many<br \/>\nothers. What do all of these phones have in common? They all are huge, power<br \/>\nhungry &#8216;smart phones&#8217;. Sure, they can edit word documents and access the<br \/>\ninternet but that is where the &#8216;smart&#8217; ends. Often the phones would freeze, or<br \/>\nrandomly decide not to work for a few hours. The Blackberry has changed<br \/>\nthe way I see my phone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0 0 0 .375in;\">\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0;\">The Curve, takes the best out of a BlackBerry and multimedia device.<br \/>\nSporting a full QWERTY keyboard, texting is a breeze. The trackball makes<br \/>\nnavigating the somewhat streamlined menu a pleasure, and the microSD slot is<br \/>\ngreat for adding music, pictures of what ever else you can stick on it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0 0 0 .375in;\">\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0;\">Currently, you can<br \/>\ngrab a BlackBerry Curve from AT&amp;T for about $99.99 with a new service<br \/>\ncontract or $349.99 without a contract.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0 0 0 .375in;\">\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0;\">Today I have ditched<br \/>\nWindows Mobile for the less cluttered O.S. of the BlackBerry. I enjoy push<br \/>\ne-mail with my Yahoo! &amp; Office Live accounts. With Google maps, I am<br \/>\nnever lost or without an idea of where I am.<br \/>\nIf you are looking for a great phone to keep you on track and always in<br \/>\ntouch- the BlackBerry is definitely the device for you.
