the top spot on the men\u2019s side and shares the top spot with Vermont in the women\u2019s standings.\u00a0 Entering the second and final day of competition, the men will have 55 points, while the women will have 45.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"c24\">\u201cWe had a good first day,\u201d said Director of Track &amp; Field and Cross Country <a class=\"biolink\" with a time of 14:53.05.\u00a0 Like the women\u2019s team, the men\u2019s distance medley relay placed second overall in 9:55.46, just behind Binghamton\u2019s winning time of 9:53.27.\u00a0 <a second overall, jumping 16\u2019-2.75\u201d, achieving the goal the pair had of going 1-2 at championships.\u00a0 Youssef Benzamia won the long jump with a new championship record of 24\u2019-6.25\u201d.\u00a0 The mark is also a personal best for Benzamia by one centimeter.\u00a0 Scannapieco took second with a mark of 23\u2019-1.25\u201d. \u00a0Morris rounded out UAlbany scoreres with a fourth place effort of 22\u2032-8.5\u2033.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"c24\">Day two begins Monday at 10:30 a.m. with the heptathlon hurdles.\u00a0 Opening ceremonies are scheduled for 11:30
