Even with the recent warnings given by the World Health Organization that cell phone radiation can possibly contribute to future cancer problems, many people have not modified the way they use their phones. These antennas attract the radiation and direct it out the back of the case and away from your head. This decreases the amount of radiation you are exposed to by about 2/3. When I used the Pong case, I didn’t notice any drop in reception. The case wasn’t bulky and I forgot it was even there after a while. The physical protection to your phone that the Pong case provides is average. The case really doesn’t give you much more protection that a 10 dollar case off amazon would. The thing that makes this case worth $49.99 is the radiation protection it provides. If cell phone usage does in fact contribute to cancer, the health bills that you can avoid by using a Pong case may easily end up justifying its cost.
